We offer full-service residential interior decorating in the tri-state area (Philadelphia, Lehigh Valley, New Jersey, and select parts of New York), plus virtual design nationwide. Our advanced space planning allows us to work on projects anywhere.
50% of the design fee is due upfront to begin planning. The remaining balance is due before your final moodboard and design presentation.
Yes. We manage purchasing, tracking, and delivery coordination. Clients pay vendors directly for furniture. Our 20–30% trade discounts with 40+ brands often offset a large portion of the design fee.
Clients cover furniture, décor, shipping, storage (if needed), and contractor work such as painting, wallpaper, or electrical upgrades. We coordinate everything for you.
Ideally while you’re under contract or immediately after moving in. Early planning ensures your home is cohesive and move-in ready from day one.
Our process includes discovery, space planning, sourcing, ordering, installation, and final styling. We present a realistic moodboard using your exact layout and provide 1–2 design directions for selection.
Two revision rounds are included during the design phase. Additional revisions are available for an added fee.
We specialize in interior decorating and styling. We don’t act as general contractors but offer renovation consultation and finish-selection guidance.
